Efraim Kieffer has been practicing law for over 10 years. He is admitted in New Jersey, New York, and Maryland.
He graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1996. From that time until 2001 he worked at
several firms where he concentrated in a wide variety of matters ranging from personal injury to collection
litigation. During this time he also served as general counsel to numerous diverse companies including a book
publisher, a paint manufacturer and a software developer. In 2001 he opened his own office where he handles
both civil and criminal litigation.
